This class is designed to support adventurous bodies with mobility and range of motion while they are on and off the trail. In this class we'll focus on the hips & lower body as we warm up, do dynamic stretching, and active range of motion exercises to help prevent injury, improve performance, and support recovery. Great for all levels—whether you're climbing switchbacks, sending descents or hiking with friends!
