Join us for “Nervous System in Nature: Packing Your Resiliency Backpack,” an immersive outdoor workshop designed for women to reconnect with their inner strength through the healing power of nature. In a supportive, circle-based environment, participants will explore how the nervous system responds to stress and how nature can be a powerful ally in self-regulation. Through guided sensory walks, embodied movement, creative reflection, and somatic practices, each woman will build her own metaphorical resiliency backpack—filled with tools for calm, connection, and inner balance. This is more than a workshop—it’s a return to self, grounded in the rhythms of the natural world.
