Aerial Silks Foundations with Bellingham Aerial and Dance


Are you new to aerials? This is the class for you! In this class we focus on strength and flexibility while introducing you to aerial terms and techniques to build the body awareness needed for aerial dance. We will learn different inverts and climb techniques while staying close to the ground.

Intro Level, No Prerequisites

Recommended attire - tight-fitting leggings and top. Bodysuits and leotards with leggings are great!
