This heated, purposeful vinyasa practice links breath with dynamic movement to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Practiced in a room heated between 95–105°, this class features creative, intelligently sequenced flows with layered options so you can meet yourself where you are. Expect to sweat, move with purpose, and leave feeling strong, focused, and uplifted.
