Wild Women Pilates with Joy of Pilates

Join Instructor Beverly at Joy of Pilates & Fitness for a Wild Woman workout on February 27 from 4-5 pm! This class is designed for participants of all experience levels and focuses on mindful movement, core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, drawing from the studio’s supportive, community-oriented approach to Pilates and group fitness.
