Beginner AcroYoga

Learn the basics of AcroYoga: basing, flying, and spotting. We will be splitting into groups of 3 or 4; no partners are necessary!

What to wear: comfortable, tighter-fitting clothes.

What to bring: water and a yoga mat.

Class size is limited to 18, so please register in advance! Please note a $5 donation will be collected at the door (cash only). This event is open to all.

About Mackenzie Rae:

Mackenzie Rae is a healing practitioner, intuitive coach & a yoga teacher at Bellingham Yoga Collective. In addition to teaching at BYC, she offers private yoga classes for events & in the workplace for local businesses. You can learn more about her offerings at on her website.

Kyra found acroyoga 10 years ago at the Bellingham jams and has taught for festivals, classes, and anywhere else people are keen to learn. She loves being upside down and empowering others to do things they didn't think they could.

About Wild Women Week:

This event is part of our Wild Women Week! Spend the week being a Wild Woman hiking, biking, strolling, running, kayaking, or whatever gets you pumped and feeling empowered. Get outside on your own or join us throughout the week at one of the planned activities found on our website.
