Join us at Joy of Pilates & Fitness for a Wild Woman workout on March 1 from 4-5 pm! This class is designed for participants of all experience levels and focuses on mindful movement, core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, drawing from the studio’s supportive, community-oriented approach to Pilates and group fitness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or deepening your practice, you’ll enjoy a balanced mix of exercises that engage your body and mind in a fun, encouraging environment.
